Returns & Refunds

All Gymwolf products include a detailed size chart with measurements provided in both centimeters and inches. Customers are responsible for carefully checking the size chart and selecting the correct size before placing an order.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if you ordered the wrong size or selected the wrong product/variant by mistake. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

As a general policy, we do not offer returns or monetary refunds after an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives torn, physically damaged, or with parts of the printed design missing due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your case. Manufacturing defects of this kind are extremely uncommon and, to date, we have not experienced such an issue.

To report a damaged or defective product, please contact us through our official Instagram profile @gymmwolff and provide clear photographs of the product, a description of the issue, and evidence showing the damage or manufacturing defect.

The original Gymwolf hangtag must still be attached to the garment. Please inspect the product carefully after opening the package and before removing the hangtag.

If the hangtag has been removed from the garment, the product will no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement claim, including claims involving damage or manufacturing defects, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to review the submitted evidence before approving any claim. Normal wear, damage caused after delivery, incorrect washing or care, misuse, or accidental damage caused by the customer is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Wrong Size

Choosing the correct size is the responsibility of the customer. Every product page includes a size chart with measurements in both centimeters and inches to help you select the appropriate size.

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges when a customer orders the wrong size. We strongly recommend checking your measurements against the size chart before placing your order.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product, size, or variant different from what is shown in your confirmed order due to an error on our side or the manufacturer's side, please contact us through @gymmwolff with clear photographic evidence so that we can review the case.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an incorrect product/variant selected by the customer.

A refund or replacement may only be considered in exceptional circumstances involving a verified manufacturing defect, significant damage upon arrival, missing parts of the printed design, or an incorrect item sent due to an error on our or the manufacturer's side.

If a claim is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the available resolution.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under the laws applicable to your purchase.
